Well, I was very thankful to have my mom and my sister and nephews come and stay with me while aaron was on call in Bluefield the last week of January. They really helped keep me company and helped the time to pass by quickly. It was also nice having my family here at my house. Aaron is now doing Family Practice in Wytheville this month, which is only about 45 minutes away. He has a good schedule and is able to be home a lot. :) We are continuing to pray and plan out his rotations for next year. Please continue to pray God gives us wisdom in that. My job is going well. I started with another client today, so now I serve 4 kids. There is always a lot of paperwork required when I start with a new client. This year has been much better than last year though, my kids have very different kinds of needs this year. We haven't had anymore snow since the last blog, but we still have a while to hope for another one!
When Carla, Colton & Jackson came to visit Colton was so excited about the snow. He hasn't really had a chance to play in any snow since he has gotten a little older. He and I made a snow angel and built a "snow mountain" since the snow wasn't good enough for a "snowman". He just admired the snowman that aaron and I had built and then wanted to destroy it. (Typical 3 year old boy!) We also played tag and wrestled in the snow, which I think was his favorite. He was especially excited when aaron got to come home and play in the snow with him. oh, and he developed a "snowtooth", once he started eating it, I couldn't get him to stop. All this to say, we had a blast. I really enjoyed the visit. Here are some pictures. Hope you enjoy them!
What a cutie!!
Taking a quick break......Aaron looks a little more tired than Colton :)
Carla and Jackson also came out to play some.
Colton also enjoyed helping me make some chocolate eclaire.....I had to keep taking the chocolate away from him.
Two thumbs up........we are ready for the SNOW!!!!!
Well, the pictures are a little upside down in order..........they go from bottom to top.
